Yesterday was the long drive. And I feel tremendously guilty, we spent >$100 on 30some gallons of gas.. But I guess easily justified by the fact that you don’t really need a car in Chicago.
Right now I’m in Vinita’s apartment. I thought it’d be completely tiny, but its not too bad and the view more than compensates. Also, Whole Foods is no more than 2 blocks away. I am so excited, I can’t wait to move to this city!
I might go check out ID if I get the chance, but I want to visit some friends too. And of course maybe the best reason of all to move to a larger city: IKEA.
