Why the world needs better design

To prevent this, that I read in the Week magazine:

Good Week For Justice, after police in Hanover, Germany, refused to press charges against a man who was struggling with a balky computer late at night and hurled it out the window, causing a loud crash that woke some of his neighbors. “Who hasn’t felt like doing that?” said a police spokesman.

one time my roommate was moving and his crappy computer fell out of his mom’s van and all this smoke came out when it hit the pavement. Turns out it was just dust–he’d never opened the box. On the downside it was broken. I think you can tag this comment under poetic justice.
