You will probably find this as interesting as I did. This is a poster in a rural household that I got a chance to take a picture of. I didn’t take pictures of all the posters in all the households I had been to, but suffice it to say images like the one on this poster were prevalent everywhere I went.
Look closely at the pictures and you’ll see two pigs, some sort of important-looking man (perhaps religious or emperor-like affiliation, I dont know), and a whole lot of currency. All kinds, too. The ones that I could recognize are assorted yuan notes and dollar bills. Yep, I said dollar bills. Weird, eh?
